Oh ok, one of the very early ones, had one myself.
Had the car towed 2 days before a planned appointment for update in April this year. It took nearly a week. They told me the update was big and the download gets interrupted...
Hope they fix your car fast without troubles afterwards!
Maybe you can annoy them to give you some true information what changes are applied and which components are affected

That's the same changes I got in April. I can say, for the early Facelift drivers, the update really made things better and fixed some annoying issues (false positive error messages). Not entirely bug-free (i.e. rear lights error) but better than the version the car came with.

I am waiting for a new Android version. Unfortunately the current 2.7.1 is starting slow or hanging on regular base.

@MarcelSTVZ , the iOS version is updated to 2.9.0. For Android is 2.7.1 the latest version.

@waterpolo delete the Cache of the Cupra App inside the "Apps"-Section of your Android Device and these problems are gone...

After the system update to 2565 I haven't still not the Travel Assist menu with option to enable automatic lane change.
Has more FL rides with 'A' system this option not available?
I have the side lane sensors are available.

Ziemlich viel unterschiedliche Software unterwegs hier, laut System liegt aber kein Update vor.


@waterpolo : Yes it has. Got the exactly same version as You. It's hidden in the Travel Assist menu.

My car was the same like you describe.
Are you 100% sure you have the additional sensors on your car? Not only the ones for park distance control but one additional sensor per wheelhouse? Maybe you can show a photo from the side of your car to verify.
My car, early Facelift, was missing these sensors.

Today I have sent an email to CUPRA for more information.
